Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, kindly return these products to us within 24 hours along with a remark on the delivery receipt.

All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Postage and charges for the return of these will not be refunded.

Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.

All exchanges or refunds will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Please allow 5 to 7 days from the day to return your products or your refund/exchange request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Perishable items will not be refunded or exchanged. Perishable items need to be checked during delivery and if accepted will not be refunded or exchanged.
